How long does my order take to arrive?

All sessions are shot entirely on film and carefully developed, scanned, and edited to preserve their authentic texture and tone. Because of this process, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery of your final digital JPEGs via a private online gallery. If you’d like your photos sooner, a rush order option is available for an additional $40, which shortens the turnaround time to approximately 2 weeks without compromising quality. Every image you receive is hand-edited to bring out the natural warmth and nostalgic beauty of film.

What is your return policy? 

All sessions require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date and cover the cost of film and materials. Because film photography involves a fully custom and time-intensive process — from shooting to developing and scanning — all sales are final once the session has taken place. In the unlikely event that film is damaged, lost, or unusable due to circumstances beyond your control, I will offer a full reshoot at no additional cost. Rush order fees are non-refundable once processing has begun.

If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice so your deposit can be applied to a new date. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled shoot will forfeit the deposit.
